Service Description
Join us for an experience of deeply relaxing sound and healing vibrations with your practitioners Greig & Cari Silver at We invite you to immerse yourself in a deep sound journey, surrounded by an array of unique instruments that will relax and inspire. The Sound Journey will last approximately 1.5 hours, with 15 mins before and after for preparation and integration. Please make sure to bring something very comfortable to lie on (yoga mats are not usually enough). Wear cosy, loose-fitting clothing and bring a warm blanket and pillow. Eye coverings are also recommended. £20 per person.
