Hello, I'm Greig Silver and welcome to Torus Holistics.
My passion is meditative sound, primarily working with Himalayan bowls, gongs and temple bells.
Sound Journeys are at the heart of my work, which I facilitate regularly across the Scottish Borders and Central Scotland.
I also provide a range of therapeutic treatments that approach each client’s needs from a holistic point of view.

I began my love of music from a very young age, naturally drawn to playing drums. My passion for drumming lasting many years, working with various bands live and in the studio.
I then became interested in Himalayan singing bowls, being fascinated after hearing one for the first time in 2003. However, it wasn't until 15 years later that I would pursue my sonic path in a deeper way.
Since 2021, I have been offering Sound Journeys to the public, developing my skills as a practitioner and continuing to build an impressive collection of instruments.
